XV : "The game against Vadre was always going to be difficult.
They are enjoying a very good season and are top of the table
with an unbeaten record in their league programme. Typically in
this cup competition, the intensity of a side made up of local
players who play for each other week in week out, proved to be
a stern test. The game itself was dominated by Rumney in all facets
of play but full credit to Vardre who defended very well to keep
the score to a minimum. We now look forward to the challenge ahead
against Swansea at home on 30th December."
